KSTAR BluePulse is a powerful energy storage solution designed for commercial and industrial applications. The system consists of a 125 kW KSTAR KAC125DP2 hybrid inverter and two KSTAR BC215DE2 battery cabinets, providing a total storage capacity of 430 kWh. Integrated Battery Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS) ensure efficient energy storage, distribution and consumption optimisation.
The system can store surplus energy generated by a solar power system and make it available during periods of peak demand. It supports peak shaving, load shifting, backup power, microgrid integration, self-consumption optimisation and Time-of-Use energy management.
The integrated EMS and BMS provide real-time monitoring of energy generation, storage and consumption. The system supports CAN, RS485 and Ethernet communication, 24/7 cloud-based monitoring, remote management and comprehensive real-time energy flow analysis. It can also be integrated with solar power systems and other energy sources.
Stable and reliable operation is supported by liquid-cooling or air-conditioning-based thermal management. The IP54-rated enclosure is suitable for outdoor installation and protects the equipment against dust and water splashes.
The KSTAR BluePulse system incorporates advanced safety features, including CO detection, audible and visual alarms, overheating and overvoltage protection, insulation monitoring, fire suppression system connection points, ventilation and explosion pressure relief valves.
