Description
System configuration: The Dyness STACK100 - 4S system consists of: 4 × 5.12 kWh LiFePO4 battery modules and BDU / control unit. System also has internal communication and power cables, integrated Wi-Fi module, Active cooling system. The system features a modular architecture, allowing expansion up to 15 modules in one tower (76.8 kWh), while up to 12 towers can be connected in parallel.
Safety and protection: The system uses safe LiFePO4 technology, which provides: high thermal stability, low risk of overheating, long service life, high number of charge/discharge cycles. System has integrated protection features: overcharge protection, deep discharge protection, short-circuit protection, overheating protection, overcurrent protection, temperature control, active cooling with fans, integrated aerosol fire suppression system.
Monitoring and control: Dyness STACK100 has an integrated Wi-Fi module and supports smart monitoring via a mobile application. Monitoring capabilities: battery SOC monitoring, charging/discharging statistics, energy flow monitoring, system diagnostics, error logs, remote OTA software updates.
The integrated BMS performs: cell balancing, voltage control, temperature monitoring, current control, protection management,communication with the inverter, automatic system shutdown in case of emergency, battery operation optimization. The BMS supports CAN and RS485 communication and automatically adjusts the permitted charging/discharging power according to the battery status.
