Description
Purpose and compatibility
The TP-HS36 is the energy-storing module used in the T-BAT-SYS-HV-S3.6 system. It is designed to operate with the TBMS-MCS0800 battery management unit in manufacturer-approved high-voltage battery configurations.
Battery technology
The module uses safe, long-life lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells and provides 3.6 kWh of rated energy. The manufacturer specifies a cycle life of more than 6,000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge under the test conditions stated in the datasheet.
Modular design
Modules are stacked vertically and connected as one or more battery towers. A complete S3.6 system can use 2–13 TP-HS36 modules, but the final module count and interconnection arrangement must be selected according to inverter compatibility and the manufacturer's installation requirements.
Safety and operation
Integrated aerosol fire suppression, LFP cells and BMS protection functions support safe operation. A correctly assembled system has IP65 ingress protection and can be installed indoors or outdoors in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements. With heating, the system can operate down to −30°C.
