Description
The SolaX X3-AELIO X3-AELIO-50K is a 50 kW three-phase hybrid inverter for commercial and industrial solar installations with large-scale energy storage. It manages PV generation, battery charging and discharging, power supply to connected loads and grid interaction within one platform.
Up to 100 kWp of PV capacity can be connected, equal to 200% of rated power. The inverter provides 5 independent MPPTs and 10 PV string inputs. Each MPPT supports up to 40 A, ensuring compatibility with high-power PV modules.
The inverter works with 180–820 V high-voltage LFP batteries. Two independent battery ports support up to 80 A each, providing a combined charging and discharging current of up to 160 A. This architecture facilitates storage expansion and separate battery-group management.
If grid power fails, the inverter switches to EPS operation in less than 10 ms. Rated backup output is 50 kVA, with a short-term peak output of 75 kVA for 10 seconds. This improves the ability to start equipment with higher inrush demand.
Microgrid functionality balances power flows between hybrid and PCS equipment in real time. The platform also supports 24/7 scheduling, wireless metering, smart load management, VPP interfaces and smart IV-curve scanning for early PV diagnostics.
Maximum efficiency reaches 98%, with 97.2% European efficiency. Type II surge protection is integrated on both AC and DC sides, while AFCI is optional. The IP66 enclosure, smart air cooling and –35°C to +60°C operating range are suited to commercial and industrial applications.
