Description
The SolaX X3-MIC G2 X3-MIC-12K-G2 is a 12 kW three-phase on-grid inverter designed for residential and small commercial solar installations. It converts the DC electricity generated by the PV array into AC electricity for on-site loads and the utility grid.
Up to 24 kWp of PV capacity can be connected. The inverter features 2 independent MPPTs and 3 PV string inputs. A wide MPPT voltage range and input current configuration of up to 32 A / 16 A support modern high-power modules.
The DC side supports up to 200% PV oversizing, while maximum AC apparent output reaches 13.2 kVA. Built-in global MPP scanning helps identify a more effective operating point under partial shading.
Built-in export power control can limit grid feed-in when a compatible meter is used. 24-hour monitoring via optional Wi-Fi, LAN or 4G modules enables remote tracking of production, status and events. Smart load management can also be used with heat pumps and EV chargers.
Maximum efficiency reaches 98.3%, with 97.8% European efficiency. The IP66 enclosure protects against dust and powerful water jets. Type II surge protection on the AC and DC sides is optional, while AFCI is optional.
The inverter operates from –30°C to +60°C. Smart forced-air cooling supports stable output under higher loads, while the compact enclosure simplifies installation and service.
